( wat the hell? u own the restaurant man)<br /><br /> so the story kinda start off like this, i started working part time for this restaurant near where i'm staying. starting work was great.. easy job.. nice ppl to work with ( so i thought) pay is reasonable ( even though it is the lowest in the restaurant. oh ya, i am the dish washing guy... -__-"... hey, the plate and cutleries u are using... i wash them.. and ya.. it is clean!<br /><br /> first week i kinda do one work just washing dishes till the boss say teach me some of the food in the restaurant such as preparing food and ingredients . i am excited since i'm studying culinary arts and soon comercial cookery and stuff... u know la, first week working so very hardworking one.. need to hu- hu a bit mah... haha.. i help the boss during my break and even work till after late at night to help his preparation for tomolo even it is a tiring job. as week go by, so plus my work, preparing ingredients, waitering ( cause not enough ppl) and so on .<br /><br /> recently, two of the workers go for a smoke and ask me to join.. call me to come rest cause they wanna talk to me. their names and p&amp;c. so just name than dumb1 and with the listening test, man.... the ppl in the tape.. walau... speaking the ang mo damn chim and damn fast.... didnt manage to catch 3 answer in the question and that make me really nervous cause i kinda practice for this one for quite a while now.. and i bought the book for rm 100 man... and the test wah rm500 plus...<br /><br />the writing and reading test i totally screw it up i think cause i didnt seems to have much time.... haha ... and the worst part is the speaking ... it's an interview between me and an examiner...<br />seems like a nice person... when we sat face to face , i was getting prepare till she pull out a tape recorder and that wat make me really nervous... half way i started to mumble a lot.... didnt know wat i was talking bout and i just say anything that just pop out...<br /><br />after the test really feel down ae... was so worry till didnt sleep well for the past two night... and that's now even the bad part... the next day, when i went to saberkas with is the day that i been waiting for all this week...<br /><br />got my salary last night.. well, 180 for 10 days... not bad bah.. kuching bo..<br /><br />neways, was looking forward to kitchen today... didnt manage to take pictures though... japanese baked rice for appetizer, hanoi noodle for main course and indian ice cream for dessert.. theme asian this week.... overall everything ok... everything was nice and most outstanding overall... damn... we're back in business.. haha.. next week the theme will be french... shoot.. need to try harder..<br /><br />ice carving today too. learning how to handle a chainsaw... cutting through a huge block of ice... well, waste of ice... how many ice kacang can make already with that block of ice... anyway, mr fabian show a roughly all the basic on doing it... next me and zaki just try to carve a 3d house, behind is tree and lastly is a mountain... just a picture of it anyway.. havent finish already crack here and there... where got semangat to do anymore... lastly just throw away as usually...<br /><br />rab... oopppsss i mean jellybeanx ask me to help him during christmas for the xmascity event... unfortunely i will be in kl.. geez.. man.... then i will be asking y not? cant be while i'll be saying y not? weird how ppl think... even though it took them 7 year to reach where they are now but it is still an achivement to be proud of... while they was hating.. ppl already emjoying the money that they are earning... so who get the last laugh?
