friday is the day that i been waiting for all this week...

got my salary last night.. well, 180 for 10 days... not bad bah.. kuching bo..

neways, was looking forward to kitchen today... didnt manage to take pictures though... japanese baked rice for appetizer, hanoi noodle for main course and indian ice cream for dessert.. theme asian this week.... overall everything ok... everything was nice and most outstanding overall... damn... we're back in business.. haha.. next week the theme will be french... shoot.. need to try harder..

ice carving today too. learning how to handle a chainsaw... cutting through a huge block of ice... well, waste of ice... how many ice kacang can make already with that block of ice... anyway, mr fabian show a roughly all the basic on doing it... next me and zaki just try to carve a 3d house, behind is tree and lastly is a mountain... just a picture of it anyway.. havent finish already crack here and there... where got semangat to do anymore... lastly just throw away as usually...

rab... oopppsss i mean jellybeanx ask me to help him during christmas for the xmascity event... unfortunely i will be in kl.. geez.. man.... this man is really amazing... really respect him... seeing his age have done so many things.. gigs and events and all other things that he do... and things that are going to do..

need ppl to help him do finger food... need a lot of work i think... for 2000 to 3000 pax... sial man... haha.... mmg the lihai...
