ya.... wat to do... btw, this is just a shit post for the moment
lets talk bout the situation here....
work place: restaurant
problem : workers and boss argue ( aiya.. everywhere also like that one la)
- two cooks and a waiteress bea song the tauke for previous events..
- tauke bea song workers full stop
solution : ( not a good one )
-all 3 workers gonna quit this november and starting to do shitty thing when they are working now.
- tauke ignore. ( wat the hell? u own the restaurant man)
so the story kinda start off like this, i started working part time for this restaurant near where i'm staying. starting work was great.. easy job.. nice ppl to work with ( so i thought) pay is reasonable ( even though it is the lowest in the restaurant. oh ya, i am the dish washing guy... -__-"... hey, the plate and cutleries u are using... i wash them.. and ya.. it is clean!
first week i kinda do one work just washing dishes till the boss say teach me some of the food in the restaurant such as preparing food and ingredients . i am excited since i'm studying culinary arts and soon comercial cookery and stuff... u know la, first week working so very hardworking one.. need to hu- hu a bit mah... haha.. i help the boss during my break and even work till after late at night to help his preparation for tomolo even it is a tiring job. as week go by, so plus my work, preparing ingredients, waitering ( cause not enough ppl) and so on .
recently, two of the workers go for a smoke and ask me to join.. call me to come rest cause they wanna talk to me. their names and p&c. so just name than dumb1 and dumb2.
dumb1 : oi, y u need to work so hard? help the boss for wat?
lalakid : huh?
dumb2 : ya lo. u just do ur job la. when ur break just rest la.. help the boss for wat?
dumb1 : i tell u la, last time we also help him until cant finish our own job. tiok kan by him ar.
dumb2 : so ho sim for wat? u see us. when 3 we already leave for our break, even my gf quit
cause cannot tahan the tauke..
lalakid : the tauke very nice leh..if so, y are u guys still here?
dumbs: we are leaving this november. cause they tauke wont let us leave so we give him time.
lalakid : ( chicken ... ar ne kek si?) oh.. ok..
dumb1 : i tell u la, u help him now and next time u dont help him.. he sure say u liaw.. like this la
i teach u the stuff i know but u dont tell him u know ...
lalakid: owh.. ok lo
just today shit happen.. to me! fuck!
went for my break with the dumb asses to casino near by just for a look and come back to work late. the boss was angry of course and ask me u dont wanna work already izzit? i told u wat time u should come to work. so i apologies and told him i was looking around and yet he still bitching and shit .. so i just kinda told him off and say look , i was only suppose to wash dishes and now i get tons of work which is not related to teh first task i was given and my pay dont even get raise a bit? he kept quiet and sooon gave me a day off tomolo...
( a) the tauke is good to me and i know he is. but when u are angry at other ppl , dont put the frustation on other ppl man. and there are still lots of things i can learn from him and might even work as a cook there if qualified.
(b) the workers are ok but they only do their task and dont help other ppl even when they are free. and the make lame jokes and tease ppl too...
haha... if u follow tauke, the workers will tu lan u.. follow workers, tauke will tu lan u...
in the end, just do wat i think is right..... just worry my own ass , work, get paid and go home sleep.. night ppl!!
