looking forward for a better future in this industry....

went to city yesterday... on thursday by the way....
wake up quite early in the morning and took the 45 minute train to the city... owh.. first of all, i'm alone because the family has gone to NZ to visit their daughter.. and i know just a day b4... haha... funny story..

went to city because wanna meet up with yew inn which is here for holiday... and the second reason is to watch the australian culinary fair 2008.. and do a little shopping as well... haha...

reach southern cross station and was looking for DFO ( direct factory outlet ).... spotted a few things and walk around the city bought a few item then meet up with dict and the gang..
had lunch and meet up with yew inn... lots to talk about..

had dinner at dict place and sous chef dict cook while i was the kitchen hand... and shen the executive chef supervise us..

eat .. talk... watch tv.... chat... took a train at 11 o clock to go back home.... fucker, saw a few undercover connex agent catching an indian person dont know why.... then let him go afterward.... guess they caught him at first because he is black? wtf man....

that's all... this post is just to kill time while i wait for my download to finish which is still damn long.... at least i killed 20 minute... mai hai...

yesterday was a bad day at my workplace... i knew this day would come bout not like this....
if you read my previous boss about follow the leader or the pack shit... u know things will get ugly sooner or later...
first and foremost... the boss is an anus/ asshole / bitch and etc...
ok.... remember the boss is facing problem with the niece and the niece boyfriend. so... what is ur solution as the boss is just fire the both of them right?
but no... he fire the other chef, pay him the 3 week salary and the reason? he say he wanna to try a younger chef and etc..
who the fuck use a reason for that? kenny and mei quit start away after that.... guess that's wat the boss wan....
just come back from huang ko place just now eating steamboat... was eating lots of stuff and talk a lot...
shit man... really pity the man.... u work in melbourne for 20 years and got fire for some dumb reason ... and to top that, he has a family to feed... 4 and 6 years old boys and a wife...

my 4 dollar coin box.... about 1 feet tall?

bought it during 1 st week of may i think then been start keeping coinsins from then.. still remember the first time i went to city to meet up with dennadict them and he told me that coins is very important when u're in australia.... from there, i just start to save up... lol.. even sometime change my salary into coins just to fill it up...

the other day i went to change my 1 week salary into one dollar coins just for the fun of it.... just wanna fill up the coin box as fast as possible...

kinda achieve something big here.... well, for me anyway... been sleepless those few night thinking about my expenses and saving up for other reason .... and it really tempted me to break open the coin box... and so....

hahaha....it is consideraly more than i expected.... the last time i collect this much i guess was in kuching about 900 plus of 1 dollar coins until the say that it is no use anymore and need to be send to the bank...

coins obession ...

chapter 6 -hearing test...

short talk : Sharon is going for her driving test today... hopefully she pass then i dont have to drive!! haha

was cleaning up my room a bit today and found result of my hearing test...
well, there was hearing test last friday at boxhill library and it was FREE! everybody like free stuff right? haha
they get u to wear this big size earphone, holding on to a button thingy where u need to press when u hear a sound.. a high pitch to very low pitch sound... one ear at a time of course..

after the test , i get my result... right ear is working fine but the left ear... a bit sorry.. haha...
meet up with the adviser, very nice lady... telling me not to worry and turn my ipod a bit lower when listening to songs... and get a checkup every two years... even gave me a booklet to read on how to prevent and minimize sound contamination...

after the test, i got in a bit of a trouble because i was late for class.. at least i think it is worth it.. haha!!

going blog bout the shit happening today... and hell... it is pretty fcuked up.. seriously..
got a test today for pastry class... making genoise and croissant... kinda confident mind u..
theory test no problem....

class at 1 , so wake up ,breakfast , bus --> train--> boxhill..
went to library just to revise a bit when saw jess and louis there studying... help them out a bit and then went to change...

class start at 1.30... no.. we went into the kitchen at 1 .45 p.m because the class before us clean damn slow... that what i heard anyway...

jackson come out and said nonid to worry... theory test cancel.... great... all that time after work study for nothing... nevermind...

ok... went in and get everything ready..... flour, sugar and all the other shit... 18 students all together... 1 weighing scale... 4 mixer... one big kitchen... great....
2 recipe which contain about.... 10 ingredients that need to be weigh so can get the best result ... so they say...
ok... picture this.... 18 queue in line for one machine.... and 10 item need to be weigh... and ... the item are scatter around... u weigh 2 ingredient then need to get other....
so if u're civilise enuff... u will queue up again so the queue can at least run smoothly.... but no... u hold the line and get an item by item so we kinda waste 1 hour by getting ingredient...
no need to mention on the utensil and equipment we need....

my genoise come out prefectly nice this time... it rise up ... haha.... got 7 7 7 ... dont know how the fuck he mark it... but crossaint got 6 6 6... still dont know how he mark it...

ok... half way during the test... lots of disaster... people getting stuff more than they need... the chef... is a dumbass himself... u got two class , people getting ingredient more than they need... even an idiot can predict that...

student : chef, not enuff egg..
chef : i will go get some .
so, he have to go down stair and get then come up again
student : not enuff flour
chef: i will go get some.

so.. kinda go get something for 5 or 6 times.... maybe can get some brains next time ae mate?

ok... for a chef who is kinda... scratch that... very very cheeky.... who love the girl student very much and call each of them his girlfriend... ok.. no problem... so boys are kinda in the disadvantage... no worries...

here's the best part... class start at 1 and suppose to end at 6... since we came in at 1.30 plus the talk and shit so we start at 2 something... make everything and suppose to end at 530 so we can get our theory test but DIDNT because the chef said this morning class was slow...

end of the test, clean up... time was 5.45 p.m and he shout out... clean faster because i need to go open my restaurant now... last week , i loose 5 customers because of you guys...
owh, so it's own fault now... FUCK YOU!

then he keep talking and talking..... each and every week... come to my restaurant, i need to go open my restaurant... work fast and shit...

owh ya... we didnt said we need to do workflow and he was there standing like an idiot blaming us for not preparing one... woohoo... some great lecturer you are...

push ur morning class faster by giving them a dead line ... 12.30 must start clean up or something ...
